how do you know if it is the control module or something else? sometimes mine stays in 4x4 high even when i turn the knob back to 2x. generally after playing with it and driving back and forth i can get it back, but sometimes i have to drive for a bit before the 4x4 light turns off. could it be anything besides the control module? this looks easy enough, but i'd rather not buy a new control module unless i know for sure it's that.

What socket you use i use a 17 mm thin socket but is still to big like if the holes on the hub assembly are smaller

There are not many true inverter compact generators on the market that provide 240v. One that I have been using on my Lightning is the maxpeedingsrod 5500. Provides about 20 amps at 238v. I use a level 2 charger with a 20amp setting.

Wow! Very impressive great video/work! My 2016 F-150 limited passenger side is stuck on high heat only and cannot adjust temp. Driver side works fine for heat/ac. Do you think this will work for me? Do you have a link to the part?

The 30A EVSE from ford needs a min 7200W to operate properly. Not sure what the generator is rated at plus it is sharing a load with the trailer. If you check the fordpass app, it may say "charging paused" due to insufficient power for charging.

Why just 3 leafs? I just replaced my sagging 4 leaf springs with 5 leaf springs from General Spring out of the Kansas City area(Olathe/Gardner Kansas). Granted I have an 8' bed. Not sure if Ford added a leaf for longer bed trucks. Looks like Ford had some QC issues with their springs during that time. Just finished the job today in early 2024. Doesn't ride bad at all.

Did this to my truck and went threw a drive threw and had trouble turning sharp I realized after and now my truck makes the sound when I go in reverse and when I slow down but only at about 15 mph is when it starts squeaking otherwise drives fine should I be concerned
