Heavy oat eater here adding soya milk. Teeth started hving black stains and dentists thought i smoked, drank or coffee. I insisted i didnt take those and they didn't believe me. I pinpointed the culprit to foods i ate daily which were oats and soya milk.

I already have terrible gum recession from drinking and smoking for most my life and finally gave both up. Be careful with whatever that kills bacterias! You also kill the good besties. I did and i had eavh time absesses and gum recession and more tartar buildup. If a product says, natural or not, it promisses to kill bacteria off, be careful! It is like antibiotics. It kills the good ones too and creates resistance!
