I had one, a 71 and never gave a problem. I was young and had it in the mud a lot. The tires on it were about as big as they made back then and it pulled great. Had like military ball joints on font end. I would rather have the Toyota than any Car any day. ❤

Your usage of "patina" is overdone and by definition not correct. Chips and dents aren't patina. Patina is a chemical reaction over time. The color is not "white pearl" It is Old English White. Not the original Vin Plate. Very Nice NARDI steering wheel though not original high sought after. Pumping the gas does nothing to assist in starting the car. It's all about the choke. NEVER close the hood in the center. Put your palms on the front corners of the hood and press down evenly. It's an alloy/aluminum hood and will easily dent. Radio antenna installed in the wrong place. The Mirrors were installed by the dealer and there were many choices,. The ones on this car are, well, awkward hideous) and installed in the wrong place. As to the Odometer/speedometer, the other option is that it may have been replaced. The car des not look like a 9000 car or a 109000 car. At 10:11.. "all these screws are original". No, the emblem is not original nor are the screws., nor is the shift pattern tag. The MG badge on the glove box door is not original. It was on a "blanking plate" where the radio was installed. Door panel kick plates are aftermarket. Wish I had not seen the "top folding on the ground" event. The top frame is known as the "packaway". There's the right way to put up and take down the top and frame, and every other way. Check RUclips for the right way. Not certain, but the dash board may have been repainted. "You wouldn't drive this car in the rain". "This car is meant to be in a garage with the top off". Not for true MG/Brit car enthusiasts/owners. Nonsense. Why do you suppose there is a top. Many MGB owners drive them in all seasons including England and other places where it rains continually and in snow areas such as where I live. " The sport cover" you mean the Tonneau cover? " Patina, Patina, the whole car's patina" " the carpeting is Patina" Give it a break, no, it isn't. It is wear. Patina is, again, a chemical reaction over time. More than likely the "home" for this car was the US, not England hence the left hand, not right hand drive. Many Brit cars, MG included are sent back to England from the US because we have milder weather and less rust. The dash lights are very dim, turn the knob ! Did you just run the stop sign. ? Oil cooler " difficult to get some of the lines".. They are readily available. If you are talking about installing them through the radiator support, piece of cake if you know what you are doing. "I think it sold for $32,000" Not likely. I hope it sells for $30k as it will universally increase the price of other MGBs. BAT is notorious for selling over current value. Best of luck, the car desperately needs the right owner.

Loved this video.. A feeling of let the good old times roll.. The pto for the pto winch is driven of the transfer case side plate opening.. a 5th gear would be good for economy n faster driving n lower engine revs at a high road speed.. Way 2 go..
