Most successful FE agencies will tell you that their average AP per policy is $900 that seems right on the mark.

You mean for those prospects who call inbound and no agent picks up the phone, FED collects those inbound numbers as potential leads to potentially be called outbound if an agent (contracted with FED) desired? I see a familiar name, Azubike Aribe, he came from the company I currently work for. I’m selling $15-20k a week as a top agent, but things are getting shaky and leads have dwindled to almost non existent so I’m having to make several outbound calls daily and resell lapsed policies. how do you manage to fail a commission only interview?
@@1984Lams We require agents to take a computer proficiency test, a skills test, and an aptitude test. Commission only doesn't matter in our case, especially since one of our opportunities includes providing FREE leads to agents. Since we're buying the leads, we need to make sure the agents are able to sell them. @randolphumali968, I pulled your file and let the recruiter know you're interested in another chance. How do the premiums translate to earnings?
Would love a video on true net sales based on 13 month persistency and total lead costs. That's the real number agents shout care about. $250,000 of premium initially looks great but is they lose 25 percent(charge backs) and lead costs are $85k they barely are hitting 100k. I would like to see net income after those 2 numbers are factored in.
