I feel old since it still feels so new to me and I played all the previous Red Alert games. Loved them and how the games are just like "yah this is ridiculous but we are going with it."

@@NoobLitts My first C&C game was the first one, I still remember the introduction/tutorial mission which was present on the demo disk where you got a ship coming in bombarding the enemy from the coast.

@@TheRealXartaX that's over 30 years ago. Time flies. Which series would you say you enjoy more Red Alert or Tiberium?

@@NoobLitts Storywise it's a toss up. Red Alert is hammier and more historical, Tiberian/Tiberium takes itself a bit more seriously and is more sci-fi. I probably enjoy Tib more because I like fantasy more in general (until it gets butchered in the latest installments, anyways). But which one is "better" would be completely subjective and up to personal taste, and I enjoy both. Gameplay-wise I think Tib wins out, though. There's just way more unit and mechanics variety.

My theory is that which ever one you played first will be your favourite.

@goonerOZZ I don't really understand the first part. Just looks like all the other Red Alert 1 and 2 cutscenes. Second part I fully agree.

@@Alexandermedo1 I have the same issue. Basically I just pushed through this one and then saved immediately upon loading into the next mission and all looked fine.

@@NoobLitts that sounds fine . but I also discovered something else in this mission . there are allied troops on the north west corner of the map . they are caged inside a fence walls . and if you try to free them the game also crashes . surely there is a serious problem in this mission Specifically

I usually play with people that don't play often so it makes it a bit easier for me.

@@NoobLitts In the Expansion, Uprising, you can FIGHT it. Basically, in one mission, the Executioner is a Neutral Unit and you have to kill your enemies while avoiding it.

I haven't played Uprising that much so maybe if I play the mission again it will come back to me. Sounds awesome though.
