I've read so many comments here. Well, it's fine when you're not the one that's publicly embarrassed like this, then you can come online and type whatever. Remember that emotional trauma is real. Yes the bible says that open rebuke is better than secret love, but the same bible also says that wisdom is profitable to direct. Say whatever you want to say, but don't humiliate people just because you're in the position of authority. Also christians and believers, tend to shy off from correcting or seeing the mistakes of their pastors. They're humans too and nobody is infallible except God not even our pastors.

Those who are not sons in the ministry but after fame and money will complain... Sons will take correction and honour him for publicly correcting him

Hmmmmmm Apst is highly sensitive to sound and where it is emanating from. I remember in 2017 when he came to IMSU for a JCCF meeting different pianist played but with a strange sound that Apst had to send them back to their seats and he exclaimed "ARE THERE NO SPIRITUAL KEYBOARDIST HERE? it was then the JCCF MD of IMSU stepped to the keyboard and Apst was able to then minster. I was in awe that day.

This issue has trended for a couple of weeks now, and it has generated a lot of distractions and arguments. I'm a pianist/keyboardist, i believe in the power of God moving through sound of instruments, and i practice and experience it wellllllll...but this here, ive been in this kind of situation, the distraction became too much that i lost out totally of the person's ministration, please, I think we should stop this kind of thing in church, its simple, "I prefer you dont play for me/for now" its fine, we dont know what that guy would have missed out of Apostle's ministration, lets leave sentiments out of these things and do whats proper... just my take though

Sincerely Sometimes these Instrumentalists can be distracting during the Word sharing, playing unnecessary sounds. But when you hear them play from the Spirit you'll know 😊

I was a church keyboardist myself. What I would do was to play back a pre-recorded worship soundtrack I did before hand, and free myself to receive the Word appropriately. Keyboardists should know what they should do per time.

This talk music puts me into a clear space to pray; praise and worship.✨👌 Would be blessed to see and hear and feel a +-6 minute long rendition.

So if I’m playing for this man and he sings off key! Should I tell him he is used by Lucifer? God loves excellence but ministerial ethics Dey sha!

Stop embarrassing people publicly sir. All that is unnecessary. We all take things differently. I personally would not play in that church again. There's no need for all that public display. The keyboardist now became the topic of the message which was what the apostle was trying to avoid. Wisdom is profitable to direct.
