Can the administrator actually view the student's deleted uploaded papers or just approve the deletion? You also didn't run through the Download Pending Requests Log what does that show?
Hello sir , i got the same issue , please tell whom has the access to administrator account, and can you help me in this regard? Do you have access?
Each institution with Turnitin subscription will have Turnitin administrator. You may check from your instructor account who's the admin for your institution.
I following the same steps but i am getting this message: "The paper you are requesting for deletion has not been submitted to the repository. Choose the Remove From Inbox option to delete the paper from your view." Can you please suggest?
If you set the paper to no repository, you have to change to standard paper repository, then request to delete the paper.
