a carnivore is 20% raw meat.so if you eat 80% vegies/carbs/anything and 20% raw saturated fat,you are on a carnivore diet.if you eat 100% cook sat fat,you are not on a carnivore diet

that looks like a great buy, and the same foods that I eat, but never could I find all that food for under $30. Even at Walmart, 5 pounds of ground beef is going to cost about $18, and that's only half the pounds you've got. And the bagged Chicken, you got 40 pounds for $10, but at Walmart, just one of those bags would cost $10.

Processed food, boxed food, are some of the most expensive food in the store when comparing nutrients per pound / cost. Buying 'one ingredient' food you still come out ahead if it improves your health, avoiding expensive prescriptions and healthcare costs.

Bravo .... I congratulate you on moving into a healthier lifestyle... keep going... Carnivore is fabulous and it can be economical. I am on a very limited budget myself as a senior, but I watch for the sales and only buy steak when it is on a good discount. Yes, ground beef is a great option and eggs... great... I like ground pork made into patties in the air-fryer... usually the pork is very reasonable in price also. You did very well on your shopping there... wishing you all the best. I am 76 years old and on Carnivore now nearly three years.

I feel best on steak but of course I eat a lot of hamburger, chicken thighs, bacon, eggs, pork, etc. I eat hotdogs and bologna, tuna. I once in awhile will had chopped bagged coleslaw into my cooked hamburger, so delicious. People have told me it’s expensive too but I just tell them you stop buying all the other carb stuff and put all that money into the meats. I have to buy extra meats because my dog eats raw cooked meat. Thanks for sharing.

Your math is off a bit. 2.99 a dozen, x 10 = $30 Box of chicken you say is $10 Burger chub is $15.77 Still a great haul, but you said all the food there is under $30. Yes, individually. But you most certainly do not have 60 lbs of food for under $30. You do however have 60lbs of good carnivore food for under $60. Keep up the good work!

Overweight? You can lose it!! For some people, a proper diet will CONVERT you from fat to muscle FIRST (no weight loss) and then you start losing weight. So if your goal is weight loss, hang in there.. if you see you measurements/body form changing the weight loss will follow.
