I have a couple of Beatrix Potter ceramic figures which I got in an antique type shop in York. I would actually love to get more but these two were my favourites, Mrs Tiggywinkle and Jemimah Puddleduck. The decks you chose were perfect matches too 🥰💖

I didn't catch which deck had all the crowns?! Beautiful pieces that, again, remind me of my grandma's collection. My mom and I took several pieces when Grams passed but I kind of wish we'd kept few more. Women had such beautiful things back in the day!

Universal Mind is one of my favorite oracles of all time. I just love it, wish they would do a MM linen version with the guidebook inside the box. I heard someone say it was getting a reprint but I am not sure they were talking about the same deck we are. Have you heard anything? So wish I had bought a backup at the time, mine is starting to get pretty worn. For some reason, I have been using it a ton this year, and I used it pretty solid pre pandemic. I don't think I have ever seen it come up for sale. You are very lucky to have gotten such an amazing gift!! Missed the Robin Scott indie version, looks like a much nicer size. I just didn't have any connection to NYC at that time, but I sure do now. Should have backed that kickstarter. Kicking myself. Love love love Dame Darcy decks, so so cool!! I also have some of her zines, equally as cool. Thanks for talking about the blushing fool, I saw this deck at my friends a couple of weeks ago and the card stock was so beautiful. I see why everyone loves it, so beautiful. I have every version of the Lonely Dreamer, I do need to declutter. The art in that deck is truly stunning. I will probably just keep my first edition cause it's the one I always use. I have never touched my third edition. Maybe I should play with it before I decide. The fake thing is so ridiculous, and companies are just allowing it to happen. So many fakes of Tarot of the Cloisters, I have the original and it is such a beautiful deck in person, the fakes don't have the beauty, I have seen them. I absolutely love the Angel Tarot cards it is so good. Hope you have a great time in Hawaii!!

I'm racing to work so will comment later once I've watched but I will just say - I have been awaiting your VR in particular, as I've seen your comments just ahead of mine on some of the others 🤣🍻 I struggle with ciders but I've discovered a love of sours and the occasional radler, and so those have become my summer brewery treat.

Came home from the bar last night drunk as a skunk (that bartender was blessedly heavy handed, I only had two drinks!) and listened to this video as the room spun. Lilifer would've made a great Pina Colada, but I'm glad you went for something different to shake it up. Also you successfully talked me out of the Allyman's tarot, which I'd been eyeballing out of morbid curiosity. Great VR!

I loved that you started with Arcanum 14 from the Tarot of the Crone, @tamipie! If I allowed myself to include more faves, I would totally include this card! It's genius, and the guidebook is so great too, but then I'm a big fan of Ellen Lorenzi-Prince! Oh my, and I ALMOST included RMP's 7-Fold Mystery Temperance as a fave also! Really enjoyed listening to this. I have made so many mistakes with purchasing to quickly. I stopped doing this a couple of years ago and felt so much better. However, in the last two months I have bought 3 decks but these are really helping on my health journey. I do need to look through my collection and pass on what I no longer need, make some space for change. Thank you for sharing 💜

I have both of these decks and they are my favourites! Some of the subject matter or paintings derivatives can be found in both decks. I just find that the Lydia deck is obviously more abstract and certain cards such as the Magician and The Emperor could have been better represented. The Magician looks like an Empress and The Emperor is rather confusing where the abstract, vague explanation as to its inception is disappointing when one considers the traditional stance and meaning of this card. The deck's creator is aware of this and choose to represent them this way.

wowza darling, you have a fabulous collection of ceramics. My late mother in law used to collect Capodimonte Italian Porcelain Figures. They were mostly all centered around floral bouquets.
