I laughed out loud when you brought out the Sleepy Hollow deck because it’s been on my mind all day and I just picked up a little paperback edition of the book at our used bookstore today. I’m thinking I have to get the deck immediately. Btw: the ocean footage is amazing. Thank you ❤😊

Ohh, that shot of the waves. Yes, totally wish I was there, but glad you are. So fun to see the ocean at the end. Really fun to see what you are enjoying. I really enjoy the Aqua Maree, it is different than the other collage decks I have and there is something about it I really like. I love the Medieval Scapini. I have the Art and Arcana too. At some point, I need to spend a chunk of time with the deck and the book. It would be worth it for sure. I want to get rid of some decks, that is on my list of things to do next year. Yay, witches tarot!! I love that deck so much, it is a fav for sure. Curious what soaping would do. Mine has softened up over time. Does it take a whole bar of soap for one deck?

As I sit here listening and watching, I am working with my three cards for Kelly's advent project. I am using the Sacred She and one of my cards is Wisdom, which features the eye of a whale. I really loved seeing the ocean at the end and imagining whales traveling deep within the sea. Your collection is beautiful and I'm glad they have made it back to you.

I always discover new things when you show your beautiful collection of decks. The ocean is making me dream, Im in Canada and we recently got over 100 cm of snow... 🌊🌊🌞

Loved this solution with the oracle deck. I will keep this in the front of my head, as I at the moment am one day late. I am enjoying the story, as well as the beautiful views.

I am doing the advent train, today I tried to write a poem using my card draws for inspiration, it didn't go well. I gave up and did mind mapping instead lol. I'm using the Sacred She Tarot. A couple of days I compared the cards I drew with the sister cards in the Thoth, that was fun but for me a bit of a brain burner.😀 Have a great day and have a nice visit with your Uncle.

I hate the cardstock on Goddess of Love too. Such a shame cause the deck is so gorgeous. I love the mod you did. I am going to try that mod too. Ohhh, the pink borders are so pretty. 🥰🥰💖 I was wondering about soaping, and have no idea how to do it. Can you show a little of the soaping process? Loving hearing the stories!! I don’t like the card stock on the The Goddess of Love deck either. I also hated the backs( they felt like an afterthought to me), so I completely repainted them. I don’t know how much better they are, but I’m happy with them. I thinking soaping the deck is a great idea. I soaped the backs, but may just do the fronts as well.

You know its weird because the Motherpeace called to me earlier in November but I chose the Queen Alice deck so I think I will rekindle in January with Motherpeace. Sitting here watching you while I embroider a tiny baby dragon! what a gorgeous selection of bags. I do need to get my Murder of Crows out, I also added the red to mine. l particularly like what you said about overwhelm....its something I will need to work with in 2025. much love Gx

Also loving that big Moonlit Fae bag, what a wonderful way to tote your decks, her pouches are so lovely. I'm also a sticker fiend, I enjoy putting them all over my journals and sketchbooks. The sound that the Smith-Waite mad when you fluffed the cards was delicious, I can only imagine how lovely that feels to shuffle. Holy crapola Tamipie! That Crystal Unicorn edging, WOW! This just reminded me, there is a newer reprint of the Thoth by AGM from 2008. It was done after they took the backings off the watercolor paintings and it was photographed in really good light. I think it is mostly in German though. The Triton is the Pū puhi.

Im comparing the Curious Travels deck with the El goliath deck for the dropm78 challenge..I cant believe how much i love Curious Travels..it reads beautifully. Sleepy hollow is a really nice deck too.. Lucky you staying next to such a beautiful beach .. its been snowing here lol. ❤

What a box of happies! I'm definitely a slower buyer as well - mostly because my budget is limited but also because I try to keep the influx of decks low so that I can get one-on-one time with each. 😊 Enjoy your new goodies!

I agree. I am more apt to grab something that is an indie deck rather than mass market first because I never know with an indie, but mass market there is always usually time to wait on them. I love that you were able to get a lot of decks that you didn't have and also have them while you are in Hawaii. I love seeing people unbox their happy mail, your happiness makes me happy.
