One day trip to Malyovitsa peak located in Rila mountain. The third highest peak in Bulgaria and one day to remember if you love nature and tough hiking. It is actually a good challenge and also a nice place to visit outside Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Enjoy!

There is a window just around the corner from where you buy tickets from thst Machine but don’t expect ANY help from probably the most miserable woman in the history of the world .Tip don’t fuck about with the machine if yiu got a contactless Debit or credit card just tap that on top of the barriers .easiest way

You need to take the train to Plovdiv at the central railway station. So get on the metro, line 4, from the airport and get off at Serdica metro station. There take a metro train on line 2 to the central railway station. Then take the train to Plovdiv. You can check the train schedule on the Internet. You can get from Plovdiv to Bansko by train, but you have to change at Septemvri station, or by bus which you can take at the bus station next to the railway station. You can also go from Sofia direct to Bansko by bus- just get on the bus at the bus station, which is next to the railway station. Have a nice trip!

Very good video. And hands down to Bulgarians for building their airport infrastructure and the metropolitan train line since they joined the EU... I think their country is far superior anyway to Romania in many aspects.

There is an ATM right opposite to the ticket office and ticket machine. You can't miss it!

hello thanks for help,i will come next week to sofia airport,i know now how to go to the city ,but after that i need to go to bus stations becouse my destination is another city,it is far away from center city?i should take a taxi?or should ask people to go there by bus
You can go to the bus station using the metro..., when you reach Serdika station change the metro line (it's two stops from there). The station you need is called "Central Railway Station" and the bus station is there right next to the rail station.
