Redid this lol: Daniel, focus on postive thinking and goal setting, more importantly, things to look forward to weekly. People can get easily caught up in doing nothing like an undercurrent, so maintain awareness about what you're doing and try to develop some immediate recourses when you catch yourself not doing anything but watching movies/podcasts. I think ultimately they will make you feel momentarily in touch w humanity but there's little reward bc of our short attention spans and habit to keep feeding that false nurishment. This vid might be something more appropriate for a therapist or one of these supposed friends- who im going to slap btw- to hear your fears than a youtube audience but guess this is how youre asking for help. And im going to say my piece until you dont need to lol. I think you know you got alot of work to do but you have the ability to do it, if you stop getting so down on yourself. But youre not alone. Mkst people have felt this from time to time, I def understand the crippling effect this disease. So youre not alone but you have to get out alone. if you can just conceive an image of what you want for yourself in the future and are serious about not wanting to live in fear, then maybe you can begin the process of change.It is possible for you, for all. To try is to succeed. That's the only bar. Youve come up short alot maybe more than one man could ever be asked to, not from others expectations which don't matter, but how you thought youd feel about life. Work is salvation for the souls whove lsot touch w their menaing, like Sisyphus did;) the journey is the menaing, so it's pointless to jump ahead of what journey will ultimate change you, as you said when u mentioned losing the weight. And in the darkest moments, in the stratosphere of introspection, where you are truly, pristinely away from outside pressures, remember all that's left for you to do when you get back is to keep working for yourself. Find that path, and keep working. You'll get there if you keep working. Cowering only guarantees that you'll stay put. Look the work in the eye and with all your might push against it. We are braver than we've let on. Anywhoo Love you man. See you soon. Keep up the work and your life WILL change. You can do it. Those who know and love u believe in you can TRY and keep trying.
