2007 Honda CRV Starter Rebuild 🛠️🛠️🛠️
2007 Honda CRV starter failed. Slow to crank or no start at all. Rebuild kit was available, tried first before purchasing a new starter. Everything looked reusable and was a good candidate for rebuild.

2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 Chrysler Town & Country 3.6L Mopar 5149062ab P0520 Oil Pressure High?
Просмотров 2,5 тыс.2 года назад
P0520 code for a Chrysler Town and Country 3.6L. I checked the oil pressure and seen it was high, real problem would of been if it was low. Either way Cheap fix ordered Mopar 5149062ab sensor from Amazon. Code needed to be erased. Drove 500 mix driving mostly high way, no check engine light. Easier but longer way would be to take off the intake.
2005 2006 2007 Ford Freestyle Five Hundred Mercury Montego Blower Motor and Resistor Fix
Просмотров 1,6 тыс.2 года назад
Tested the blower motor power, showed 10 volts but did not change voltage when adjusting the speed. Replaced the motor since it did have power going to it, which was not the problem. Replaced blower motor resistor which in most cases will fix the one speed or no speed problems. When adjusting the speed the voltage ranged from 9.6 volts to 11.6 volts.

I can't figure out how to reconnect the EGR hose. In the video it looks like you remove the EGR all together, is that correct? The EGR hose is very rigid

Couple questions. How long to wait before soldering after removal due to residual gasoline on the unit? What is the maximum fuel level that is best to not have to reach into gasoline to remove the sending unit. My gauge is shot not reading so I need to estimate. And does the electrical connection attach to the white top portion. Thanks

You saved me $475 from a bullshit mechanic. Thank you so much for the time and dedication for this video. It was $37 for the sensor and 26 bucks for the socket. You’re a lifesaver.

Your sentence is grammatically correct, but it could be refined for clarity and precision: "It depends on where you buy your parts and whether you have all the necessary tools. I bought all my parts from Rock Auto, and I believe I paid under $300."

Thanks for the video. Unfortunately, the camera angle shows nothing of the tough part, that being the right side of the plenum where bolts underneath are lurking. I would recommend trying to take care to show all those difficult tasks with a camera angle or coming back and showing where they are.

Yes it was somewhat difficult to video. I did post the schematics. If you take care to remove the 3 nuts for the EGR valve and the 1 nut for the bracket, the rest should be matter of wiggling out.

Thanks - you saved me a lot of heartache with this one. Much appreciated. I used a 17mm C-Spanner and a rubber mallet to get the ring off, if that helps anyone...

  • @Realquickfix

yes. if I'm not mistaken is been a while just go easy so you don't crack it otherwise buy buy lock ring just encase to have on hand

  • @Realquickfix
    @Realquickfix 12 лет назад

Sorry for the late response I didn't get a notification. If you haven't done it yet you need to Wack it counter clock wise with a rubber mallet and/or with a stick thick and strong enough to get in the ripple of the retainer Wack it gently sometime they break which then you need to buy a new one.Hope that helps

Hey man, quick question. I have to change the fuel pump in my Audi A4. How the hell do you get that out of there? I have been pulling and pulling on every part of that whole plastic housing to get it out, and I can not figure it out. Do you have any suggestions?
