      I do a variation of it. Basic cleanser + vit c serum morning/night. Exfoliate 2x weekly + eat clean & sleep well.

    Both beetroot (juice) and salt fermented foods (kimchi, sour kraut) are high in nitrate, so too much of it can mess up your lymphatic system. I know they have health benefits, but it's goot to stay aware of your nitrate intake. Great video overall, we need more people like you on this platform.

      @@AustinTribal Mine were removed as well, get everything else in check to minimize bone resorption. I’ve been considering experimental implants but that can be costly & is untested.

    a huge thing i think alot of people kind of overlook that in order to actually bulk and for women to even get close to male size they would need to consume a huge amount of calories, and they would have to have a higher protein intake than their bodyweight which i feel is the hardest part of the diet for alot of average people. not alot of people count macros.
