the fake diamonds on those earrings are called rhinestones. Fake diamonds on better jewelry are called cubic zirconia. sometimes sterling silver or gold plated jewelry has cubic zirconia stones (CZ)
Get 2 small needle nose pliers with smooth magnetic tips to repair jewelry. Save pieces to repair other things. use hooks from single earrings to put on pairs that need hooks. Sort things in baggies and keep all your tools and pieces in a box. save all the chains that are in good condition. Save anything that can be made into a pendant to sell in a Lot of pendants or to make into charm necklaces and bracelets. you can sell broken vintage necklaces in a bead Lot, or repair them and sell them for $$. Some are easy fixes.
