What's the point of using Cioks instead of QC's own power adapter ?
At first, you have one free 9V slot for powering an additional pedal and secondly the cable quality of the original power adapter isn't the best. At last with the CIOKS you can use a regular power cable with a rubber plug (hope the english word is correct) - same cable as I use for amps.

Hi, because I built it from parts I don't have plans for it. I just ordered a body, a neck, pickups and the rest parts of hardware and startet to build :-) My next project will be to route a body from scratch ... Have fun - Axel
Where did you find the usb-c module? Can’t find it anywhere.
@@BowTieSam Hi, I contacted Temple Audio, actually they don‘t offer an USB-C Module (just the old USB-A). I bought an USB-C on USB-C-adapter on amazon which fits in the Temple Audio Design Micro Module Plate and used a regular apple charger (see pictures from below the board)

Very Plini board esque. I made a similar one on the Duo 24, but with two mission engineering expression pedals (at £189 each), and it hasn't really worked for me. It was a costly mistake. I found that it's better to have a dedicated wah, whammy, and volume pedal, so I've now upgraded to the duo 34 to fit them all on. I'm just waiting for my rather expensive £239 volume pedal to arrive (Ernie Ball one with the tuner on). Haven't got any mods yet apart from the IEC and the midi one. I advise you to get the knk screens protector for the quad cortex though. It's great for keeping the dust off it. Will do a video of mine when it's all kitted out.
Hey @axel - what are you using out of the SOL to combine the currents of those 4 outputs?
@@gr81dorn Hi, I used a normal audio cable with one cable for the right and one for the left channel. I take all four ends with the cynch-jacks, cut the ends and solder the four positive wires together and did the same with the four negative wires. Then I used a female 9V plug for the other side (center negative). With that you can use a standard 9V/12V cable to connect the combined wires with the QC. Hope this make sense - Axel

Which scale do you use the most in your solo?
The song is basically in F major but Parker added several II, V - connections which partly leaves the tonal center of F major. I'm trying to use the chord tones as target tones.

Have you tried plugging in a Modeler into the Return of the Quilter? Did it completely bypasses the pre-amp? My concern is does the Master Volume control of the Quilter still works?

Hi Uli, Du bist ein Fuchs! Tatsächlich, sind Häussels, die das Format für P90 haben, ich bin mit den P90 nicht so richtig warm geworden. Mit 500k Pots zu hell, mit 250 zu dunkel... Die Humbucker klingen deutlich besser für meine Ohren. Vielen Dank fürs Reinhören!!!
