The events in this video occurred on June 17. Lots of fun on this school trip. The big crowd is Romanians cheering for their victory over Ukraine. These are moments we can carry with us forever. Great video man, and I hope you make more content. You are right. Sometimes it is either necessary or beneficial to multi-task, but sometimes we need to have laser focus and discipline in order to achieve excellence or to make the most of our talents/abilities.

I honestly reccomend you listen to your videos at 1.5X speed and try your best to repeat what you say along with yourself, I have a good feeling it will help you as a speaker and maybe you will naurally synchronize to that speed and it will help you.
