#landscaping We trimmed all the bushes in the front yard. weed whack all the overgrown weeds in hill and grass. This project took us 1 hour and a half.

Invest asor rent machines! A sod cutter would’ve made the process much faster & less work on your guys. Also remember that a mini skidsteer is equivalent to 4 guys working. Could have used a mini skid to haul away old sod, spread top soil & haul in new sod! Just friendly advice bro. Clean work👍🏼

There is pretty big gaps in between the sod pieces… you can see the outline of every piece. I don’t think that’s right.

That little bit at the end really hit because I feel in a similar position to you. I work for my father who’s been in business for a lot of years. The business got hit really bad back in the day (really long story) so ever since I joined (4 years ago) it’s been a grind to bring the company back up to where it once was. Today we have double the equipment, double everything we did when I started. We are slowly building this business into an empire and it’s amazing. Keep making those videos sin miedo compa. I know exactly how you feel I’m only 20 but hey I got a long road. Much blessing to you and the company hope you see much success I’ll start uploading soon. Seeing stuff like this really inspires

Advice from a landscape contractor. Use a sod cutter. It's speeds up the work, saves your guys' back, and reduces the amount of labor tremendously. You have a solid crew and by giving them an extra boost with equipment, trust me, they will appreciate it and bang out work like crazy! We've been in this situation when we started and now we own a ton of equipment, skid steers, minis, etc. and the guys crank out work easier. I split my crew into three crews and get them equipment to make life easier. Good job though! Zoysia is an excellent choice! Cheers from Los Angeles.
Yeah man I felt bad seeing them use the shovels. I get the access is bad so no mini skid steer. But damn, renting a $150 sod cutter would have saved a lot of time. That’s the point of being a new business owner, learning .
