I am on desing my injection molding machine, and i will know what type of metal did you used for toggle system? and do you have calculations? i will use ball screw with max applied force (250kN) 80mm
The toggle is not in locked position when the mold is closed.
Heat storing polymers should end the over reliance on precious metals for electric vehicles. Main thing cobalt does is heat up quickly.
How to solve the problem of condensation?
Condensation can occur if the mold temperature and molding room humidity are not balanced. You must analyze and reduce the level of humidity in the room.
this is not difficult to do........do extrusion or injection blow molding....like a bottle.......done it, this is very simple molding

In your opinion, is a high contour cashew gate suitable for use with 30% glass filled PBT?
The design and size of the gate are the most important aspects to decide if it is suitable for your material. The process will also determine the cashew gate's flexibility to be properly ejected.

Hello Sir, I have a question to you: If we are creating a two cavity or multi-cavity mold, how do we decide how much distance should be kept between two cavities? Because its directly related to the runner length.
Cavity distances are dependent on part design and gating options. If no side actions are required to relieve undercuts, the cavity distances can be small, minimizing the cold runner length and material waste. The same is true when using hot runners. When plastic material enters a mold it exhibits "fountain flow behavior" - similar to a water fountain. The material immediately cools on the mold wall, creating a difference in flow velocity.
