An excellent memorial. The tribute is worthy for any car racer.

I suspect that most of you know that Dave drag raced an old 1970 Chevelle. Although I offered many times to spring for a nice paint job, he’d just laugh and say he wanted to put his money where it counted most - under the hood. He went so far as to paint it with Tractor Paint (Oliver Green), and enjoyed showing up on the starting line and being under estimated. I love this song and the pics of Dave and his car over the years & in many different states. Enjoy!
