Hiii Nice program but I didn't understand much about week 1 2 and so on in the upper right part that appears in the video That is, this would be week 1 and I have to repeat the exercise about 8 times and so on in the other weeks or is it referring to the repetitions of the exercise itself? I got a little confused there.
@Pinkprincess-v8s the first week you do 8 reps The second week you do 10 reps the 3rd week you do 12 reps 4th week you do 15reps This is called progressive overload so you are able to challenge your muscles so they can grow Once you finish week for you increase your weight and start again

Helloooo Can I use my body weight to do these program? If I don't use weight how long can I see results? I'm an ectomorph by the way hehe
Yes, you can use your body weight for a pear-shaped program! Bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and glute bridges work well, but results may take longer. Expect initial changes in 4-6 weeks with consistency and proper nutrition, and more noticeable results in 8-12 weeks. To speed up progress: Increase reps, sets, or try harder variations. Eat enough protein and calories to support muscle growth. Train lower body 2-3 times a week and focus on muscle engagement. Adding weights or resistance bands can help you see results faster!
