Yeah, I could not believe that many cars showed up. I thought there is no way I'm going to make the feature. Somehow I did, I guess it was my lucky day.

Pure stocks were a lot different back then.

Very different. Our uncle raced one until 2005. Nothing like the ones we race today

@@PopsGarage these bigger tracks need to start the 525 crate super late motors like the 400 hp crate late motors. That is the only motor that will save this class at the bigger tracks and smaller ones

@@PopsGarage When I see the in car stuff I feel like your line is very low, but then when I see the high shot, it looks like you're in the middle. Amazes me to see how much wheel you have to put into it to get it to turn when the track is still a little damp. Just waiting for the car to turn. I think it would be fun to turn a few laps, but couldn't imagine going door to door...next time I'm at the track I'll stop by and say hello.

In addition to Hagerstown, we had Potomac Speedway, Hesston Speedway, and Cumberland Raceway on the schedule this year but we hurt our one motor in practice and Cumberland closed. So we’ll have to wait and see
