Welcome to the Aurora Fire portal, where we showcase our strange fiery dreams. We're a fire dancing group in SW Ohio, and we are inspired by the mystical dance and colors of the Aurora Borealis. We make a lot of our own props, and draw from many different kinds of dance and imagery.

This performance opens with the deeply beautiful "Dragula" cover by the amazingly talented Lissie, from the movie Haunt. An ingenue wanders onto the stage of the Theatre des Vampires and carries a sign that reads "TURN ME into a VAMPIRE." This is a fresh take on the Theatre des Vampires from the "Interview with the Vampire" movie. Previously, the vampires ripped her clothes off and ate her. Now, the ingenue has her own agency. She asks the vampires to turn her, saying "do it, baby" at the pivotal moment when she is near death, and sho...
