This Ancient Chinese "Five Blacks Tea" WILL Change Your Winter Health Game
Wu Hei Cha 五黑茶, meaning “Five Black Tea” is a classic coming out of traditional Chinese Yangsheng (Nourishing Lilfe) culture. It is your go-to herbal tea for winter. It boosts your kidney essence (jing 精) which is the foundation of your neigong/qigong training.
It is also commonly used as a remedy for when you've been staying up too late (it tonifies yin) and also to support healthy hair (less hair loss, less graying).

Pai da 拍打, which we could translate as “patting”, “slapping”, or “tapping,” when done along the body’s meridians, is a widespread traditional Chinese health modality. It is commonly done before and/or after practice (qigong, neigong, etc), but it is also very beneficial as a daily, stand-alone practice. Pai da is performed along the meridians (and acupoints) to keep the meridians unobstructed a...

The importance of consistency and persistency in a neigong/qigong training regimen is illustrated in the famous gongfu saying: 一日练,一日功,一日不练十日空。 One day of practice, one day of skill acquired (gong). One day without practice, ten days of emptiness (kong).
What's the difference between Qigong 气功, Neigong 内功, Neidan 内丹, and Dandao 丹道?

An attempt at a very concise and rough summary of what these terms often refer to in the contemporary internal arts scene. As discussed in the second half of the video, they are actually very broad terms with lots of overlap, and such a quick summary could never be satisfactory. A (slightly) longer discussion can be found in the blog: mrneigong.com/neigong-qigong-neidan-difference/ mrneigong.co...

Nei gong, o Dao yin. Ejercicios internos. La actividad importante va por dentro
Eu quero saber que estilo é esse
This dynamic practice (动功) was said to have been created by legendary Daoist Zhang Ziyang, and was kept secret within Quanzhen Daoist lineages for 1,500 years. More recently, the well-known Daoist hermit Zhang Zhishun (张至顺) made this practice public to benefit the world. You can categorize it as "dong gong" (dynamic practice 动功), neigong, qigong, or Daoist Yangsheng 养生 and all would be correct.

Saludos con cariño desde Colombia. 🙏🤗❣️👍
Saludos y gracias por vernos.🙏🏻
Just an old man expressing his understanding of his body mechanics and his agility at his age. No actual difference from calisthenics but a good show nevertheless.
Exactly, this is how a Qigong master should look like. But we can not see any skill on Qigong. It is done like sports gymnastic. Does anybody know what kind of system this should represent ?
Don't know much about calisthenics, or this practice, but do try to concentrate on each finger hundreds of times in 13 minutes. Not part of the "show" I guess.
The difference is the inhaling exhaling in unison with the movements and posture
You, you look like an fake "grandmaster" by your comment. Any body movements can be call calisthenics if do you not know relation with organs, chanels and vital energy. Before to speak perhaps you can also look his instructional vidéo. ruclips.net/video/EUBFHUcdj4A/видео.html
Daoist have a saying, to die at 120 is to die young. Chi gong is the path to living to120 yrs old.
Wrong! What's the point of living up to 120 and you are bedridden. You become family's curse. The family ends up bankrupted paying your medical bills. No insurance will pay you up to 120 years. They euthanize you! Think! Whatever you read from lousy books of ancient past just rubbish in modern times. Do your calisthenics, enjoy your family and friends with healthy laughters. 😂😂😂
@@peacebe2u480 Written with the expertise of a true qigong expert, I exercise w/qigong 90 minutes per day (I am 77), I feel 90 minutes is a good maximum to keep from feeling fatigued (with a 30 minute minimum), there are several days when I have a pressing project and I exercise even less than that or not at all.
