Every year I try to make a few seasonal canes for Halloween. One of this year's is this spooky cute black cat against a moon background. I use canes like to make cute beads because everyone needs more cute beads.
By everyone I mean me. I need more cute beads.
The clays are all Premo - black, white, mocha pearl,, yellow and pink scraps. I'm using an Atlas 150 pasta machine.

Somehow I had never made a daffodil cane before - beads, yes, but not a full cane. So here's my first crack at a 3/4 profile with the little daffodil centre pointing off to the side.
