Go to the newspaper and then there refund u what cheating Barstards disgusting it’s a big purchase for people! I just got one because my old one dips in the middle and we’ve got 100 night guarantee. If not you can swap it. We went to a proper shop and managed to find a good one. That was half price still a lot of money but if you go to them little companiesor shops I’ve got no chance if things go wrong. Sorry this happened to you and well done for getting this out to think how many people that didn’t know about this. Hope they refund you and compensate you. I would ring the local newspaper. I hope you got more half for what paid. The would only give me 50% refund because I had cut open the mattress. Then asked me remove this video. They obviously don't care about complaints, didn't even say sorry. The opposite, how dare I cut open one of their best products and expose the truth. Each time I complained I was sent the same computer generated response repeatedly claming I obviously chose a mattress that was too hard.(??????) So I cut open and show the world the rubbish stuffed mattress. Happy it has helped others.

Can confirm, I wake up sweaty. Also they have quality control issues. I bought 2 Green Tea mattresses (both queen) and one feels firm while the other is a plush!!!

Was literally going to buy the Green Tea version of the Deep Dream mattress because of the high quality specifications + the price... although my fiancé was quite skeptical of the cheap price (we were looking at the king size). I didn't want to read further into reviews because although many said it was great, many also said the opposite... I did choose to ignore the negative reviews and was still considering to buy it but then dug further deeper for more information through RUclips (my last resort for finding actual realistic reviews) and found this video which Changed my mind right away. Thank you for changing my mind and saving us from any disappointments! This mattress is horrible and so cheaply made. So sorry you had to find out after your purchase. Hopefully this'll steer people away from their false products

It's not just me then? I spent one night on this mattress and put it up for sale straight after that. Couldn't believe how terrible that night was, absolutely never again. Left a scathing review on their websites and other consumer websites as well. Terrible product
