    It sucks when I try to fish my local creeks, and Echo has a bunch of city folk ruining it. Seen these people for that past several years, and they have been really upsetting some locals. Their fly shop is expensive and overrated.

    • @ElisabethBarton

      Hey Jared, thanks for your feedback! Just a few thoughts if I may, we are a worker owned cooperative that is literally made of up Groveland locals. Granted some of us have only lived in Groveland for 15 years or so, but the rest of us were born and raised on the waters we fish! We get your frustration though, in fact, we actually started our cooperative because we were tired of seeing visitors ruining our waters, and out of town companies exploiting the lands. This way we can teach sustainable fly fishing techniques while keeping our river healthy and the city folks safe. Oh and one last note, our Yosemite Basecamp Fly Shop is bound by MSRP rules (we literally can't be overpriced) but we do give anyone with a T-county driver's license a 15% discount! Anyway, thanks for giving us a chance to brag a little and we hope to see you out there! Come say hi next time and we'll tell what's hitting.

What worked what didn't. Where did you actually go, as you mentioned upper then lower... To what , the dam? You want people to watch more of your production your going have to be a hell of lot more informative. You obviously know your fishing, what can you share to make it really worth my time to watch and maybe learn something?? I want try the Tuolumne some time soon. I fished the south and middle fork of the Tuolumne.

    • @echocoop
      @echocoop 3 года назад

      We are located 11892 Ponderosa Lane in downtown Groveland. The heat is making fishing on small creeks pretty unsustainable, so right now we are sticking to high country lakes or dam controlled rivers like the Tuolumne. Come in and see us when you get back to Groveland and we can help you find the right spot.
