What is this first lever on the bottom left? Cause the right one is to operate the dozer, right?
Hi I have a 3284 (28hp I think) it must be 12 plus years old and has given great service - I find Sota Tractors to be very helpful. It doesn't run as smooth and as sweet as my other tractors (a 25hp Kubota and FE35 3 cyl Fergie) but gets the job done just as well and purchase price was much less.
I have been having gear selector issues. The selector rod for 1st and reverse has worn down and now won't go into gear.
@@webuiltit2086 The only problem I had selecting gears was when a lock nut came lose and the linkages consequently went out of alignment. Your problem seems unusual.
the sound at 13:16 which comes from middle of rotating part, i have that too. Do you have any problem with it? or it is just normal so far?
I bought a Xn12 and it is ok for the price, what makes me sad is that the manual is very bad, I have used it 40 hours in two years and many places are rusty, after 40 hours of use something is wrong with the engine, I took removed the cover of the engine to see what is wrong, and under the cover I found out that the welding work was very very bad, it looks like the welder could not weld, the rolling rubber band has many cracks on it, I don't know how to refilling the hydraulic oil in thanks if I want to do one day, nothing about it in the manual,
I agree that the machine wouldn't last well if left outside for long periods. Mine is up to about 600hrs and is working very well. To refill the hydraulic oil, mine is under the floor mat opposite to the fuel cap.
We have an Apollo 55 hp. It's 9 years old with 1200 hours, and we have had no issues with it. Very basic but also very reliable
Very useful 😊
One question do you know how many hydraulic pumps are on it besides the 2 drive motors?
There is a single pump for all arm controls
Nice review. A little small for me but if it works for you that’s great! Love the sound of diesel motor. It’s far better that a briggs gas motor.
Take your hands out of your pocket for my safety!!
4:50 you call it easily filled? Imagine having it on trailer at gas station and line behind you. And then you start to disassemble piece of machinery to fill that half bucket sized fuel tank for 4$. This is some kind of joke. This tank may be was meant to be for hydraulic oil originally
Its not yamnar its yanmar :P I think the buckets without teeth is called planning bucket. Would have been fun watching you dig a bit with it.
Can uake a long review of it pls
I did extensive market research, and apparently RINO XN machines are the cream of the crop of all Chinese manufacturers. This is probably why you have had a good experience. I chose to go the middle route and went with a small factory adding all the features like the swing boom while not paying top dollar. The main downside is the cheapo Briggs 420cc vs kubota oelr yanmar diesel. I'm also glad that I am by the bargain basement ones where they cut to many corners and I also resellers.
Where did you source the XN12 from ?
Melbourne, Victoria.
Whatever you do don't try to buy clutch plates, the thieves will only sell you a clutch kit pressure plates and all about $2.000.00 So get them re faced or do it yourself!
What is the swl
I've read the manual, I don't like it. the explanation is not good, I can't find any information about the maintenance, I can't find any troubleshooting stuff online, I can't buy any repair book, they keep people completely blind about the excavator,
I would agree. If you don't have experience with similar machines it's harder.
What size machine is it
1.2T
Very few people watch tractor videos to listen to music. They would much rather watch and listen to the equipment, not music! Tractor videos were not designed to be music videos.
Why in the world would you track without the engine at full speed? 🙄 No wonder it moves so slow. You should get an excavator with two travel speeds, like a lot of them have.
Just curious what the US equivalents were for the size of your trenches or pits.
Very Well Machine
Nice presentation. Glad you have found great uses for it.
Quanto è costato?
$15000 AUS or 10K Euro
That fuel tank would be so bloody annoying
It's not to bad. Lasts almost a full 8hour day as the engine doesn't consume to much.
@@webuiltit2086 yeah I believe it’s good on economy. I guess it would make it hard for thieves to steel your fuel lol
👍 👍
Glad to see your video .
I'm sure I've seen other Rhinoceri travel faster than yours does. I'd be looking at the hydraulic controls to make sure that you have full movement of the valves and also any other restrictive or speed limiting devices in the hydraulic circuit which may be limiting travel speed in the name of operator safety.
I will investigate. Thanks.
They travel fast downhill. They will run away from you actually.
So where did you buy this machine ?
Locally in Melbourne, I believe the original guy has moved on, but Melbourne Machinery have a good selection. melbmach.com.au/
Hello great review on this machine. I'm thinking of buying one too . A person gets a real value for there dollar buying a machine like this . Although name brand machines are nice but way over priced . Well hope to see more of the excavator in action .
Yes, absolutely
How long have you been working with that machine? Is it good?
Hello, 2 years now, only 150 hours though. For the money it is exactly what I needed. It has managed everything I have asked of it. Its simple to maintain and it did come with a good selection of included attachments. I wouldn't say its an everyday machine for full-time commercial usage. Also I would recommend an swing boom over the fixed one this machine has.
@@webuiltit2086 thanks man
Well done very nice review. This version with the yanmar does seem to be the one to choose ahead of the single cylinder version. It's all horses for courses and this machine suits you well. Probably still worth $10,000 or more.
Thank you, I did try the single cylinder version and I felt that was under powered when trying to operations simultaneously.
