Very nice! Many bosses REALLY warrant at least one shield spell, it gets into bullet hell territory real fast. Maybe once I give Brutal a try, I'll stick with Frost Shield, since all the minions from Unholy magic make me... complacent? Hard for me to learn all the bosses' patterns when many of their attacks aren't aimed at me, heh.

Movement speed set + legendary axe. Jewels doesn't really matter for abilities here, best ones are cooldown reduction for counters for the last phase. It was before the nerf, so he should be much easier now.

4:55 ahahah, that stuff is so funny in an actuall winning run, good job man. Just beaten him with crossbow, took me 2 days. Almost didn't touch the generators, used void and crossbow's Q on shield. Funny thing is - i played the game Brutal blind solo with "0.75 stats given" on equipement and weapons for more challenging expirience and the whole game was hard but managable. Until this guy... i changed settings to 1.0 standart stats and still it took me 2 days, my heart almost left my chest.

I don’t think they gave Adam enough health or damage to make up for the additional damage you can get on your character now even on brutal he feels to easy

You should try to get more heal/leech skills. You can easily overheal his damage on normal
Definitely a skill issue even on brutal it's not that bad once you get used to his moves. Actually quite a predictable boss.

I used Void and Frost Shield for this, if you use it on his Spin Blades attack, you can easily get all 8 shots from the shield on him, that is a HIGE damage on its own even with zero jewels. For the heart strike, if the duration ends while during any Veil, you take zero damage.
Agreed, Frost Barrier absolutely melts him.
I used the longbow and the same shields like you did for this, except I used the blood ult to execute him instead of army. P good.

How to find legendary weapon
There is a small chance that when you get a level 30 relic from the rifts or from the vendor it will be replaced for a legendary. If you're playing solo i recommend to increase frequency and duration of rift events in server settings to get an easier farm.
What’s the difference between normal and brutal Adam?
He hits harder and the lazers can't be hit for a while after they have been deactivated. They have a little shield on them that lasts a certain amount of time.

I already uninstalled the game but can do a quick kill tomorrow probably.

9 subscribers seems criminal. this was a good video, nice work. only real feedback i can give is maybe showing your jewels in the skills and your bow stats for those who want to do an exact replica
I did not planned that it will get the attention to be honest, but happy that it'll help someone to clear this fight. Your feedback is duly noted =) For a gear i used movement speed set and a crossbow with a movement speed stat (weapon stats doesn't really matter, just use what you got). Jewels for a shields doesn't do much in this case, but i'll make notes next time.

damn he seems to heartstriek me like EVERY 2 seconds, i guess i need to learn to dodge his jump at all costs..
Yeah, heart strike will kill you in one shot basically (initial strike, DoT + explosion at the end). One of the reasons that i uploaded this video cuz of the end (i was quick enough to finish him off before explosion happened). You can also block this attack with a shield if your dodge is on CD.
what is the best weapon to pve? in duo, my friend uses axe
I'm playing exclusively solo and on brutal difficulty and i would say party play would change this but: i find it very difficult to do melee on most bosses solo, so your choice is really bow vs crossbow, i prefer latter. Crossbow has very fast cast speed with weapon abilities (0.3 and 0.4 seconds). Greatsword is great if you want to try melee, jump ability allows you to avoid some mechanics. Axes great if you need damage.

Xbox ONE just updated Dishonored 2 today
You saved me from having to give up on this game. I played through it twice trying to get no kills and ghost because of this glitch and i wasn't about to start all over again.
I think one of the patches should had fix this glitch, or not? I didn't try this with new updates.
Ive had the game now for about a week or so and just learned about the glitch a couple hours ago, so there haven't been any auto updates that ive recieved. Im playing it on the Xbox One by the way

I hope I can make this work, I spent too much time going for ghost and clean hands (on hard)! I thought the two kills were from the damn ghost dogs she has and spent about an hour working around that.. It's a good thing screwing around is fun but the loading game is grinding me down.
