I finally received my Christmas gift to my self, after tuning and loading big AL-1500 it became a burden loading and tuning my big amp, sometimes missing on a good contact, Other times avoiding qsy, so finally I pull the trigger and purchase this amp I dont have to do full power anything between 500 and 800 watts is all I need, this amp delivers 1500 but ill play it safe and stay bellow 1kw at ...

2 short ssb contact with some of my Spanish brothers, band opening at night was great but my vertical is picking up lots of noise on the 40 meter band,

Casual ssb contacts to the netherlands and to England, conditions towards Europe in mid morning are really good, the icom 7610 is a great radio for dx and split mode, the hygain vertical av-640 does a fair job, merry x mass to all hope Santa got you what you wanted, 73
