How do I use this Pongo with another languaje like Java or Python?

Did you "20 years" veterans take into account the fact that the built-in ID of the mongo documents is not a simple increment and in order to MIMIC the pg part - you'd need to assign another column inside JSON which will have a close algorithm to ObjectId ? where can I see the benchmark details about that? Cause I see a lot of talk and no real explanation of what would be the possible reason for such a huge difference?

Interesting benchmark. May i suggest the following one? think now about old data purging. somewhere in the near future without a proper sanity plan, the database will have a lot of issues to perform pruning. which are the strategies here to adress the issue?

Hey Guys, Thank you for insightful content. I had quick question: Does Everest Supports creation of Sharded MongoDB Clusters ? In Demo you illustrated replica set. I tried installing the everest, however, i don't see an option. Would like a confirmation .

Thanks for the great analysis! I'm building out an on-prem infra and needed to add MongoDB. Since we may need to be careful about licenses, and since we already use Postgres for most of the needs, then I was interested in FerretDB exactly for the reasons mentioned.

The graph at 32 minutes seems to indicate that it took 50,000 seconds to insert 1.75M documents into MongoDB. This is close to 14 hours! Either I am confused or a mistake was made in the test code or in recording the data. Can you clarify this?
