i personally think the last 4 songs that were added after the original album’s release shouldve been an EP, or them all being their separate songs, like beside you, coming out one by one, while keshi is working on his next big project since they don’t really feel like requiem.
fair point, the songs are very different
This is fair. Though I don’t think it’s uncommon for artists to have their deluxe songs sound different than the original album, and often it’s why they might’ve been left off the project initially.

I think the main reason that he doesn't try to kill her after winning their fight was that she has to turn his men back human. They could be stuck being pigs otherwise. But also the open arms approach worked out here in the end with him being open and vulnerable.

I thought this song was pretty decent with the harmonies and voice layering. It does seem pretty similar to Empty Bench though which isn't bad, just interesting. I would say it is probably one my top 10 David Kushner songs mainly because of how short it is. Great reaction and dissection btw.
