Super helpful much appreciated
Perfect machine❤❤❤
Glad you found it useful.
Hi Chuck, your video helped me a lot. How do you determine the combination number?
How were you able to wire in 208 - 3 phase when it's only showing 2 terminals? Do you just use 2 legs of 120?
hello buddy, would you please shoot a video talk about testing tungsten carbide?
👍👍👍👍
are you help me this machine for repair ,, ,,,?
I need help from you,,, Please,,, Help me,,,
Way better than LPL vid. I managed to unlock it once with his video, but I couldn't replicate it since I didn't understand why it worked in the first place. Your video did. Also I found it easier to go in from the third digit hook side down. Then slide down and pull towards me. Also if I have any tension on the U shackle before pulling the release lever. It won't unlock or is much much harder to unlock. Also the lever became much harder to pull once I changed the numbers to 1111. Maybe because the spring is stronger at the lower numbers.
is there carbide in the core drill bits?
I sold these teeth designs to my friends in China. Thanks for the tips, you've made me a very wealthy man!
Glad I could help!
Always wondered how they busted up riverbeds
Why don't you change the shape of PDC diamonds? square or zigzag?
Looks fantastic.
Dear Sir, Can you indicate what the connection value is of the 15kw induction heater? On how many phases does this induction heater work?
We had it connected to 3 phase. 208 volts.
Where can I get Induction heater Tube coils

@@Wyh-i5w Yes I am interested. I have just discovered your your comunication. I still do not know where to look for your answers?

Great thinking!
I have the 15KW unit on 240V. Never tripped my 30A circuit breaker so not even 7.5KW. These are chinese KW. You need to divide by 2 to get the rest of the world KW
Does it matter if the input voltage is single phase 220v 60Hz versus 220v 50Hz? I just want one for heat shrink tooling. The 220v ones on Ebay seem to be 50Hz......thank you. AJ
Doesn't matter here. The AC is rectified anyways into a DC and then fed to a full bridge high frequency transformer.
Where can i buy the teeth
Did you find a chiller that works with this heater?
Thank you so much! Locksmithing Lawyer seems to show off more than educate. Your video shows the inside of the lock, it shows over and over in detail what you need to do and a visual so that someone can understand. After watching 8 other videos prior, I finally came across yours and I almost immediately got the lock open! Thank you!!
Two things. Please hold he camera still. You're waving it around way too much. And, zoom out a bit. That will help with focus and allow us to look over the object as if we were actually there.
Great video, can a unit like this be made with a hand lead? We would like to induction heat 1 1/4” diameter bolts and the corresponding nut which has a diameter closer to 2.5”. The wand length we would need would be about 6’ min 10’-12’ optimally. Thanks
Bout machine
Hi can you make a video how it works and how you connect it I got my from china but it didnt have eny wire connected to plug it into the wall Much love from norway ❤
Hi I’m interested in buying one of these machines. I don’t suppose you would know the current draw (Amps) for one of the phases for the 50kw and for the 60kw machine. Cheers Joe
I want to purchase this machine where to buy it

Hardox 450 baby he uses quality materials
If you install an ordinary water pressure switch the units won't turn on unless they have cooling water to pressurize the switch. Any commone shallow well water pressure switch would do. That's also how some homebuilt TIG torch coolers work to avoid frying expensive cable.
I just shorted it out. They really need to make it a flow sensor.
Move the holes away from the spots where it cracks.
This is a competitors blade. So don't really want to help them out with design issues....
@@chuckmccown8893 oh yeah, forgot that part. I do like to solve problems.
I'd cut out and braze the cracks for a more flexible point.
Brass can be elastic but over a much much smaller range of stresses than steel. The stress strain curve of brass will show you why steel, especially soft steel, wins hands down.
@@chuckmccown8893 is there any chance of changing the geometry of the cutters to facilitate side loads better. I was thinking you could make open cuts where the cracks happen. Like with other types of saws. Lean into what nature is telling you. If you cut the blade at the crack, the harmonic vibration may have a safer way to dissipate
My blades have these features. The blade in the video is a competitors product they brought to me to repair. @@RandomsFandom
@@chuckmccown8893 have you considered making a titanium blade. Super flexible, and abrasion resistant. It's more plastic, and supposedly cheaper than stainless. I've seen guys put a thin piece in a vice and smack it with a 40lb sledge. It just sprung back.
@@chuckmccown8893 if you want to turn tighter corners, make a ring saw version. You could make different size saw rings that fit in the jaws.
Algorithm brought me here, i dont know why. What is this? There is actually a competition using this Blade?
No, a competitor to my blades brought me this blade to repair.
If that is hardox, it’s the wrong steel for the application and no wonder it has so many cracks. A hardness tester would have been great for this video. A structural plate like that should not be over 350 BHN. Such as an alloy 4140 or T1 plate. I see so many amateurs using hardox 450 on RUclips for structural applications. They have no idea what they are doing.
You're totally right. The metal should be made with something more flexible
Well, lots of my competitors use carbon steel for these saw blades. They wear out very fast. The ones using 4140 or T1 do not last as long as my product. This blade and my blades are all hardox. This is not structural, there are no loads on it. This is a cutting blade, it only sees impact and abrasion. Abrasion is the #1 concern. All these blades crack irrespective of the material they are made from. It comes from attempting to cut arcs and curves. Hardox has noticeably longer life than t1 or 4140. Been doing this for years and have used lots of types of steel. Don't really consider myself an amateur.
They do not crack if you are cutting straight. The recommendation is an arc with a radius of 35 feet or greater. Everyone tries to cut tighter than that. More flexible steels have less abrasion resistance and longevity is the name of the game in microtrenching blades. @@RandomsFandom
Nice job on the cutaway
do you plan on using your smaller "25kw" units? If you have any you arnt interested in im willing to buy them used
Very informative. I was just looking for a 240 volt unit.
Most will run on 240 at reduced power output. And when you order frequently you can select the input voltage. But the higher voltages are needed for full output. The only difference between the different voltage units are a transformer inside the converts the input voltage down to like 24 volts to run the control circuitry. So you can go down, how far down I don't know but you probably should not put 480 on a unit that was built for 240.
The consumation current for induction 15kw?
I don't recall but I think we powered it with 208 and it drew about 7kW so the current would have been 33 amps.
gush !.. i just pull out one of those from box and find out that there is no power IN cord nor instruction where to connect the f power . no picture of back panel , instruction is a joke .. contradicting instructions ..talking about '"submachine "!? ...should be there another unit which is missing ??!! i try to get tech support from amazon ....it just boil my blood... wasted about 40 minutes of my life !! would you please just show us where to hock up the power supply cord on back panel ...??? there is to large connectors which is almost self explaining but guessing is not the way to mess with electricity . ... that scattering poor instruction says that this unit should be connected to 220v ac .. but i'm not sure of anything after glancing trough that literature . it effectively strip costumer from trust . i would hate to return it to amazon just for missing info , i want to own induction heater
You just connect a source of single phase to those two lugs. 240 volts if you have it. And you have to find a screw terminal for a ground. It is certainly not designed to work with our NEC approved wiring in the US.
Thank you great video..I need a manual. What is the contact you used. Please ?

Interesting. Did you check out the data sheets of the IGBT modules and the caps? I am wondering whether these components are limiting the output power. If the gates are driven properly, and there is no massive I/C mismatch, I don't see what else it could be, except of course the output transformer.
I did get the data sheets. Don't recall the details. Bottom line is I that fed these machines with the voltage they specified and got about half the input power consumption compared to what they claim for output power. The factory and the folks behind Amazon reviews never address this issue.
researching online it states its input power is half the output power. Not sure how that works and obviously fraudulent. But seems like the manufacturer is aware of this but simply falsely advertising@@chuckmccown8893
This technology is old.they've been making rolled tubular rod with Flux for decades.!!! Maybe they don't anymore but they did!! Came in a royal blue container ! Why not use sub -arc process.????
Good job
