I'm confused about the battery packs. They come wrapped in tight plastic with a removal strap with one positive and one negative tab exposed. Am I supposed to remove the plastic and insert them individually or insert the pack?

You Mentioned 'Monitor and Scan' mode. From what i understand, you said monitor mode is for listening to hear what channels are being use and the radio channels continually scan. The monitor channel you said is for listening to hear who's on? I noticed in the monitor mode the squelch is off (probably to hear far away and faint broadcasts) and my question is related to you saying you CAN'T transmit in the monitor mode; yet I can on the Midland T70. So I am wondering did I totally misunderstand what monitor is? Would you please clarify that? Oh and your video was amazing. I have learned so much. thank you

When you were removing the soft top you commented on some clips you have to lift off of after removing the 4 bolts. What are those clips you were referring to. Also do you have a video on installing the soft top. When I change mine tops over I struggle with attaching the spring mounts for the soft top on the roll bar. Do you have any tricks for accomplishing this? Everything else is a piece of cake.

Help, husband bedridden and I got them to be able to go outside. We paid $100. and never could get them to work! Went back to sports academy and nobody knew what to do.
