Survival Begins Here - a Forest Shelter. Building a Primitive Bushcraft Cabin in the Wild. Rain
#survival #bushcraft #camping
In this video, I take you deep into the forest to build a sturdy bushcraft shelter entirely by hand. Using natural materials, simple tools, and survival skills, I create a rustic woodland refuge, perfect as a temporary shelter from the rain.
It’s a step-by-step journey of crafting a safe haven in the wilderness, where the sounds of nature and the crackle of a campfire make life feel raw and real. Whether you're into primitive technology, camping alone, or just curious about surviving in the wild, this video is for you.
Join me as I embrace the wild, one log at a time!

Building a Simple Forest Shelter with Fallen Trees| My First Bushcraft Adventure
Просмотров 2,9 тыс.17 дней назад
After a bit of treatment, the doctors advised me to walk a lot. I love the forest, so most of my walks have been there. During one of these walks, I saw a lot of fallen trees just lying around, unused. The next time I went back, I decided to start building a quick shelter with them. You can see the result of my build in the video, which I took the opportunity to share here on my channel. bushcr...
Is winter coming where you live? Why are the leaves so green?
Yes, we already have snow on the ground here. This video, however, was filmed earlier in the summer. I’ve loved bushcraft and solo adventures for a long time, but only recently decided to start sharing my videos here. This shelter was built as a summer refuge from the rain since I often enjoy spending time in this forest.
Nice shelter, very solid construction. Too bad the weather was so unpredictable.
Thank you for the kind words! Oh yes, the weather in the mountains is always unpredictable. That’s exactly why I love building shelters in places I frequently travel to.
I hope the finger is healing well❤ Do you ever camp in the shelters for long? How long do you think they last?
Oh yes, my finger is healing well, thank you! I do stay in the forest for a few days, and it’s always an incredible experience. I’ve filmed some of those trips and will share them here soon. As for my shelters, the ones I’ve built solidly are quite durable - they can last up to two years. Only one of them was destroyed after a year.
@@Forest_tramp you really find the best ways to make the shelters look so cozy. I’d love to see you camping out in them ^_^
Awesome shelter, I wish I had your skills! But you should never use rocks from a river in or around a campfire, they can contain water that will make the rock explode as it turns to steam.
Thank you so much for your kind words! Yes, I’m aware of this characteristic of river rocks, and I’ve even had a few instances where they cracked and shattered, usually when they were cooling down (unfortunately, I’ve never managed to capture it on camera). Still, despite everything, I love having my fireplace surrounded by stones to keep it separate from dry leaves and grass. And, honestly, it just looks beautiful too! ))
Good shelter
Thank you, I'm pleased!
Znamo da si umorsn, vruć ali se pod hitno oblači, dobićeš upalu pluća.
Hvala vam puno na brizi! Bio je to prilično topao letnji dan (oko 29-22°C), tako da je sve bilo u redu. 😊
15the scenery is so beautiful
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it. Nature always has a way of taking our breath away, especially in places like this!
