Wonder why they don't need speeding cameras in the city centre !!!!!😅

They always seem to situate advertising at locations where there's often stationary traffic jams and speeding cameras where the traffic is usually moving !!😅

You get a great view of other people's apartments, at least you can be sure they aren't going to build another next to you on Mancunian way!!!!

Judging by the sign at the start you are on the outskirts of the city of Manchester. Presumably the road is going into the town centre.
