Sleeping going east to west is a bad idea. You will make jet lag so much worse. I'm flying with Virgin upper class in a few months 19 and a half hour flight in total. I'm on the go for over 24 hours, and I never sleep on the plane. Done this trip 19 times over the years I just go to bed when I get there and pass out. Wake up in the morning and no jet lag.

We eat "Frikadellen" "Fleischpflanzerl" "Bouletten" all different names, depending on the region, for meat patties, since the 17th century in Germany. Minced meat, by the way, was and is a "waste product", or rather leftover consumption that could not otherwise be sold. Better not think about it. 😜 😜 Nice to have you in our country in the "old" world.
