*The show originally had plans for a ninth season on The WB.* Candace Cameron (who played D.J.) was going to go to college and would be making sporadic appearances. John Stamos didn't want to switch networks (at the time, The WB was still a fledgling network that had yet to receive full national distribution) decided the eighth season would be his last and the show ended up being cancelled.

Rest in peace Bob Saget,You were a great man,The final season aired the year I was 1 year old so Full House was a bit before my time (I'm 28) but I remember watching reruns of it on Nick At Night,Back when Freeform was still ABC Family they showed reruns of it and I've seen it on other channels in recent years like in 2016 to 2018 on channels like CMT and Hallmark and this show was my older sister's childhood (She's 39 but will be 40 in November of this year), That's how I became a fan of this show and I have the complete series on DVD and Mary-Kate and Ashley were popular in my childhood long after this show was over in the early to mid 2000's when they were teenagers.
