Bhai...🤩🤩 just ek question Why is instrument cluster not visible in video... bohot bright hai Sirf video mai aisa dikhta ha i?
That’s because of the frame rate setting of GoPro. It goes bright during night time and works fine during day light. Mujhe personally frame rate 30 fps par pasand hai for good video so Mai wo change nahi karta just for the cluster. I guess if we play with GoPro setting toh ye v sahi ho jayega

Bro,how to reduce the vibrations on the foot pegs and handle bar. I did put on moto torques metal underbelly and it does make a lot of sound
Yes, adding guard increases the vibration on other parts of ktm 250 adv. Please check if you can add some rubber spacers to dampen vibrations. I try to tighten the screws of my crash guard on periodic basis to reduce vibrations on footpegs n visor.
Sir is it worth to buy 250 ADV in 2024/2025? Or wait for LC4C engine and TFT display?
Not worth since the launch of adventure R. Please wait for 2025 models. They will be showcased in EICMA 24.
Hey buddy, a fellow Adv 250 owner. I'm getting a buzz from the head, have you tried fixing it? Also when heated, foes your engine also give slight shim sound?
Have done close to 8k kms, the buzz started recently when I got my bike shipped.
I get buzz from head. The windscreen shakes when bike is revved high. It is due to the unpopular headlight design which is mounted at one point only. Had the headlight unit got side support, the buzz wouldn’t have been much. No such problem from engine though.
if i want to do touring with pillion on long rides,which bike should i consider meteor 350 or ktm 250 adv?
@@devrajkundu3059 Both are different type of bikes and you can go long distance touring on either of them. In my opinion, ktm 250 has better luggage carrying capacity n its pillion seat is much wider than that of meteor. But meteor will offer more relaxed riding due to ample torque present in the engine. I will still keep my 250 adv for long distance touring as meteor is on heavier side too. Plus more reliability of ktm than that of RE. But this is fairly my opinion. I recommend you to take a test ride on both bikes for atleast 50 kms to draw any conclusions.
@@not_so_novice I took a test drive of both. I like ktm adv 250, but it's little more pricy than meteor 350. Is buying ktm worth buying? Did you face any issue with ktm,till now?
@@devrajkundu3059 it is worth buying. You will run into very little issues and bike will serve you good. But if you can stretch a little then 390X is more value for money. And waiting a bit more may help you get your hands on 2025 adv models.
@@devrajkundu3059 very few issues: one LED of instrument console had stopped working but they replaced entire console as bike was under warranty. apart from that, i personally had never faced any issues with 250 adv. Headlights are not good so you will have to put extra lights but since you will be touring so that’s implied.

good points: 1. good for touring 2. lightweight adv 3. good for city commute 4. ktm's service is good and bike is reliable 5. ladakh type road can be done with 250 bad points: 1. Poor headlight 2. Stiff suspension than likes of himalayan and vstrom 250. 3. Expensive than other bikes in 2024 4. considerable vibrations at 105-120 kmph 5. change tyres as MRF ones are not that sticky.

390X. Without any hesitation. But if you are planning to buy now, please wait a bit longer for newer generations of 390 adv to come in.
What is the service interval for KTM 250?
The ktm app recommends to do service in 4 months. I did my last service in April and now after August, it is showing it as over due.

That’s true. But I mostly follow the month criteria instead of Kilometers.

Hows your experience riding in Goregaon? Like is this good for malad-goregaon-borivali types...not necessary that tourer or adventure rides will be done..so is it okay to buy?
It is lightweight and you will not have problem riding this in traffic. Height is on taller side so that’s one caveat. 5ft8 or above won’t have much issue and anyway short riders are always more skillfull ones so it’s manageable. But in 2024, adv 250 is not value for money. Wait for next gen adv to come or you can check vstorm or Himalayan or triumph scarmbler.

@@stockwizard4609 I know. Seen those spy shots video. I was talking more on the ride aspect of bike. The suspension of current models are too stiff if you compare it with Himalayan so those changes can only be felt once we ride the new bikes.

Mileage on highway is 34 kmpl and in city it is 29 kmpl.
hey do you get any ticking noise?
From engine? I get vibrations from windshield and rattling noise from both number plates(which is fixable).

I did hear similar problem from another subscriber but sadly I have never faced this issue of “tik tik” noise. Could this be tappet noise? Get you valves clearance adjusted.

Does your wind screen shakes a lot and any weird noise while going over pot hole front side like (kaad) ?
Windscreen does shake. But I don’t think front suspension makes any noise when it goes over pothole. There is no easy fix for windscreen shake because of the way headlight unit has been designed in these models. Very bad design infact.

That was the bobo phone holder which was producing rattling noise. I have moved away from bobo to a better phone holder and that rattling noise has reduced a lot.

@user-gk2hg8fz3w well, not really. Till Satara, roads are good😃. The series of service lanes and actual highway starts after Satara and it continues till Nippani.
Hi bro, is the suspension setup soft for a comfortable ride?
Yes, for long rides on highway, suspension is good. A bit stiffer but it’s good and you don’t feel back pain or so even if you ride all day long.
How many kilometers does your motorcycle currently have?
@@roberto7319 overall close to 15k kms. But this odometer has only 9k as I had replaced my previous odometer. KTM were generous enough to replace it as it was under warranty. One led wasn’t working well in stock one.

@@chetanjadhav3004 I know about that. You can play with rear suspension and make it a bit softer according to your liking. But front is just stiff. What I know that KTM does provide update of stock suspension to ktm 390 SW suspension which can make it adjustable but, it will be a costly upgrade in my opinion. Until then, I don’t see any simple upgrade.

Yes, ktm 250 adv is costly for the spec now… even if an upgrade comes, its base price will cross 3 lakhs. Better option is 390 adv x or Himalayan in the same price range. Triumph 400 scrambler is also good but I have been hearing a lot of poor sales experience.

It’s most comfortable at 105-110 kmph brother which is good enough cruising speed for our highways. At 120 kmph, there are unnecessary vibrations on foot pegs which ruins the fun.

Bro I would suggest you grip puppies for handlebar grip, eliminates most of the numbness and vibes, cruising speed also increases by 10kmph.
Ok… let me check. More than handlebar, I felt vibrations to be annoying at footpegs. And that too with rubber grip on it. But still I will check grip puppies. Thanks for info.
@@not_so_novice might be multiple reasons for footpeg vibes.... check if assembly has loosened... I always wear thick foam/sole shoes while riding, it helps is reducing the vibey feeling... try to not place you feet close to the part where the footpeg connects to the frame 😇

@@DombivalikarTejas6887 I may not have more detail on PS customs. But HJG lights are good and 60W is more than enough. Before crash guard mera recommendation hoga test kar lo kisi k paas agar ps customs ka laga hua hai toh. You will understand how bikes vibe changes once you add 6 kg more metals. And do you also need crash guard or just adding engine guard is good enough. Agar off-road nahi karte utna toh engine guard and radiator guard is good enough addition. These small things make big diff in your riding experience.

@DombivalikarTejas6887 I have Hyperrider which is quite good. Survived good enough off-road crashes and did not let any impact come to my bike. SW Motech ka v acha aata hai but that’s too expensive. Zana acha hai but mujhe design nahi pasand uska. Guard k hisab se Hyperrider ka design match hota hai bike se and I like it.

Oh nice. Congratulations. Only thing I can think of as a beginner is to improve your slow speed skills. Take as many uturn practice as possible and try riding bike in slow speeds. Like below 8 kmph and see how you balance the bike.

Took diversion from Gusalkhamb naka and went to middle road instead of taking left or right.

@JackNikam07 no, the right one goes to ambey valley, we took left one. Tiger point - Visakhar, Chandivali, tamhini ghat.
Second part could not be loaded. There were serious audio issues afterwards so I could not upload that part of the vlog. Apologies.
@@not_so_novice but in gmaps the middle one is showing the name os ambey valley road and the actual road which goes to ambey valley is sithal road and another is paud road. i will take the route which u took.

Hey, this bike on highway can give mileage beyond 38kmpl. With my riding style where I ride between 90-105 kmph, I get 37kmpl. In city I am getting close to 29-32 kmpl depending on traffic.

I can definitely talk more in English, that’s not a problem as far as I am concerned. What problem are you seeing in mic? If you can explain more than I will rectify them by my next vlog. Yes, i see moms doing it with their kids on board. I feel really jittery when people with kids and family do it. Someone else would have to pay the price if in case any mishap happens.

Sir, although height doesn’t really matter to many and I have seen short riders acquiring some insane skills to control their bike but for normal person, 5’8 and above would easily control and ride ktm adv.

@sanjaymohite7630 you don’t have to. KTM already provide lower seat version so please check that one. Shoud be an easy upgrade as far as I am concerned. You can go to service centre for more details.

Depends on your riding style. Vstorm has good suspension but KTM has more power. Overall they are similar bikes and Suzuki will be tad cheaper on your pocket. Just take test ride and you will understand which one matches your style.

@@Gaming_station93 I feel ktm quality is much better than that of Suzuki. KTM service centres are also better than Suzuki and that’s a known thing. Suzuki India needs to do lot more in terms of after sales support.
