    My Husband loved this song he passed away and then this song came I forgot about this song it puts really good memories for me I miss him soo much he was 57yrs hmmm . I use to dance to this song for him he would laugh I miss U Chuck.

    First I heard this song was out in Estes Park the summer of 68 I was 18 and worked there for the summer and it has stayed with me.

      @@lisalauridson7982 I hold on to the good memories. He left me his little plot of land and house, I haven't changed anything yet. I just go down there and sit on his spot on the couch and just feel the energy. I get a lot of good thinking done there. I appreciate y'all kind words

      Wow when U said that with a place and sit I and Chuck always had a spot at the park at a bench and feed the geese I go there every day and think of the good times we had. And we have to take care of ourselves, I had to learn that for myself 14 wonderful yrs I had with him ❤️. Thankyou for the note.

      The song comes from Beautiful Buffalo River. People have previously uploaded it and taken it down every time, the rather questionable audio from this video comes from one of those. The record is a real collectors item, but you can pick up the CD at www.jimmydriftwoodlegacyproject.com/ for 12 bucks. Haven't ordered their collections so can't speak to the quality.
