Your “toy manifestation” story reminded me of a weird event that happened in Kmart when I was kid in which I have a Batman returns vehicle from McDonalds and my brother didn’t have one and I happen to place it on top of a box with towels and the light went off on the Kmart and then right away turned back on and there was my McDonals toy and an exact replica of it laying side by side to mine exactly as I left my McDonalds toy (even unwrapped as my toy was) on top of that box of towels. I gave the “replicated one” to my brother 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great collection of controllers! Didn't realize there were arcade sticks available out there. Would've been nice if Sega released an official 6-button controller for the Dreamcast. Maybe they would have, if the console stayed relevant longer. But many people love the console and new games get released for it, so I'd say it's still pretty relevant now.

For what i understand, the US version of Seaman which came out in 2000 (a year later after the OG) had a few bug fixes as well apart from the translation, and the 2001 Japanese version may include those few improvements compared to the 1999 OG. It still isnt like the PS2 port though, which is almost like a remake. Im studying japanese just for Seaman (and a few more), so when i can play this game i think i would gonna write all of the differences between all of the versions which if im not wrong they are: -Dreamcast 1999 OG Japanese -1999 Japanese Christmas -US 2000 -2001 Updated Japanese PS2: -2001 -2003 (very very rare to find but probably the definitive version)
