I just put together a new system with Digitakt as the main brain and the wonderful Subsequent 25 and JX-08 as synths. I like the deep-house sound this system generates with ease. I won't record directly into my cameras audio in again and I'll take care of the lighting a bit more!

I recently thought about recording more spontaneous jams or even planned and rehearsed live-sets. So that's my first little experimental jam with my completely changed "Madbox" flight-case I mainly use for experimenting and improvising lesser melodic even atonal techno ideas. There are some "mistakes" in this jam, if you want to call them that and I am actually not sure where the noise floor is...

Not perfect, I f ed up the buildup of of "Hofmanns Acid Lick" for example, but still... my first real completely recorded and published liveset with my main melodic techno studio setup. After building and familiarizing with my portable Techno focused liveset suitcase, I just wanted to record a first small live-performance. So I took out my phone and the Zoom audio-recorder and started filming. I know the video quality is not really overwhelming and there are happy little accidents, but I don't really care and like the outcome. Hope you like it, too. The suitcase is a THON case...

For a little test I performed a new track named Tachypnea on my liveset and I liked it. So up it goes to youtube. It's a first arrangement draft, maybe I'll be changing some stuff later. Tell me if you like it! The quality will be better with practice. My camera was on autofocus and thats not that good idea if you are wearing a cap.

I try to build a liveset I can play and know in and out. This is one of my first little spontaneous live jams. I know I need practice but hey, everybody starts somewhere. Let me know if you want me to write down my gear I use and the connections and how I use what.
