    or --- i put my pet opossum in a grill so i could pretend he is wild and make this video

      @TheRedGremlin 3 дня назад

      Nope, this is 100% real. I live in the NC mountains and we have lots of opossums. They get into everything...including my grill :)

      we have tons of them and they are not like that --- that thing has had an easy life one way or another --- if it's true then it's the happiest wild opossom being hit up by a human footage I have ever seen.

    We had a grill at work that had a cover on it, the oppossums would get in there and lick on the wire brush because it had the grease and meat smells

    People fall for the opossum "open mouth show my teeth I am a deadly strong monster" defense. Then they get scared and call them ugly and run from them. Opossum gets scared so they show their teeth, they don't want to bite you, and probably won't bite you even if you pick them up. Once they go past the "show the teeth" defense, they use the "play dead" defense.

      No, they have a short life span of only a few years. I do miss my little buddy. Opossum's are totally misunderstood animals.

    I sit in my darkened kitchen and watch over the opossums as they eat the food I've set out. The other night a cat came as one was eating. I hissed loudly and the cat ran off, the opossum was startled but didn't run off. Cat came back 5 minutes later, I hissed, it ran off again and the opossum resumed eating in a very relaxed manner. It thrilled me that the opossum knew I was hissing only at the cat and not him. Maybe he even knew I was protecting him.

    Possums appear on my fence a lot of nights mostly spring and summer. They harass my chihuahuas. My rottie pulls them off of my fence so my chihuahuas can corner them and try to attack which scares me. Thank god I always am able to hear them so I can get all 4 chihuahuas in the house and my rottie before anyone gets hurt.

    I found one in my kitchen on a counter hiding behind my coffee maker. "She" was about 5" long not including "her" tail. She came in thru a poorly maintained dog door and found her way up onto the counter. Just the most beautiful little wild animal ever. I've been feeding her and she's about as big as a full grown cat now 3mos later. I saw she has a pouch, that's how know she's a she.

    Petting on the head requires submission. The head is the most vulnerable body part. Better to pet back or sides. People just automatically pet animals on the head but that's wrong. ben/ michigan

    Blue and pink moissanite are actually COATEDl using cvs process.

    • @TheRedGremlin
      @TheRedGremlin Год назад

      Yes, you are absolutely correct. Not all moissanite stones are coated, buy many are (the colored ones). Moissanite gems are lab created with minimal environmental impact and cost dramatically less than a diamond. Simply put, they are an eco-conscious gemstone and offer stunning brilliance. Most people could not remotely afford a 6-carat diamond of the quality comparible to the lab grown moissanite, so this stone offers beauty at a price that is easily atttainable. Here is a great site that discusses the difference between moissanite and diamonds. www.brilliantearth.com/news/moissanite-vs-diamond/
