No but I’m hoping to see them soon
If it can’t slingshot off a carrier and come back and land it’s too big and fat. But I still love this plane.
It's lighter than a super hornet, a lot lighter than an F-4, and about half as much as an F-14... but ok.

This is a noise-abatement take off. This is PDX, a civil airport, not a military base. I live a few miles from here, trust me, they don't always take off like this.

I watched that C17 do several circles over Banks, then the tanker rolled in, the C17 formed up on it, and headed straight over for you to see it, and share the video!

Bet everyone around was bummed out that nobody actually rappelled down. Suppose they don't do that for airshows anymore for safety reasons?

They would more than likely needed to coordinate with another unit to find soldiers to fast rope, the aviators tend not to do things like that.
I couldn't go there because my parents said it's to expensive 😢
