You realize that... A thousand or more has been died on the sea it's the fish.
This was about to be a real rocket, but because the US went to war with Vietnam, NASA's budget was cut and wasn't able to launch it.
Yes and no, the main reason is there was no use for it, as it was designed to be a major payload rocket. Now if it was similar to this timeline and we established a moon base around the 70s, it'd be a different story.
