nope, should work fine without.
We have every requirements but we cant active it no matter what

U don’t need 800 wins I did it with 375
375? You don't need it with 375 neutral costs 425 it don't cost nothing except neutral and hardmode

You need hardmode and neutral, 800 wins is bs. me and a friend did it (he had 600, I had 750.) The cooldown isnt necessarily 5 rounds, it goes until both paradox players have went their normal turns first, then allows it.
thanks for bringing that to my attention, I'll add that to my pinned comment. also yeah, it is 5 rounds, I've tested it. As for hardmode and neutral, you don't need 'em, you can see in my own gameplay I used U3 classic, and the other guy U2 pacifist. I do have both characters max however so that may play a role.

hey bro i did like time paradox 40 min ago and there was 1.300 wins guy with neutral and me with hard mode im 390 wins and it did works even tho i dont have 800 wins

You need to have hardmode and neutral upgrades
common assumption, but you don't actually need those. you can see in the gameplay section of my video I was able to use time paradox despite us having U2 pacifist and U3 classic. (although i do have both characters max so that may have played a part, not sure.)

Will edit to add any additional information/corrections to the video. 1) It seems that the win cap either doesn't exist or is bugged at the moment. Thanks for everyone bringing that to my attention. (or at the bare minimum is >800 unlike what I listed in my video)
Do both players need the upgrades on both sans or just 1 need the upgrades on classic and the other for joking aside upgrade
