You need a PC and the game is Assetto Corsa, to play this specific map with traffic you need to either download the map for solo or play on a server that has it.

what traffic mod is this? not sure how to make it this dense?
This is on the No Hesi heavy traffic servers, I can never really get traffic that feels good offline.
