at 5:41, underworld goddess is played with the kash cards in fiendsmith cause you get the bodies with the kash engine, go into moon, moon target one monster make goddess with 2 of your opponent's monster. Goddess is a light fiend so you can link with it to make requiem and go full yubel fiendsmith combo and you wiped two important monster from the opp's board. Example :summon unicorn, get birth, summon fenrir, link into moon, moon target X monster, birth summon back fenrir or unicorn, link off into goddess, link to requiem dump fiendsmith and you know the rest. Thank GOD for the rarity collection’s. Cause before them the staples were not only expensive but if you didn’t have them you couldn’t even TRY to compete let alone play at any level of competitive play, aside from locals.

As of currently Gil is only negated by targeting negation so I’d run blink out to secure its scalling effect to go through. Then hopefully throughout whatever we set up it can bring back the Gil and produce the pen summon for the set up for Cesar. If they have nib at that point then gg they just had it.

Can't believe you don't play Zeus. Slime +1 is zeus on a 3k body without normal summoning. Also I like the level 10 that prevents targeting to protect gilgamesh. Love that this deck is still played!

I’m sorry but this support is not good. Oooo an extender and another searcher. Cool. Does nothing for its endboard and there are already so many other ways to search Kepler or Copernicus. Unless we get a good boss monster, like Siegfried or Deus Mach, D/D is not gonna be good with these cards. And that hurts me to say that cuz I really love this archetype. I played it for a year during Kash format and had absolute fun with it, but this new support does nothing for D/D

At 17:27 the synchro should have been allowed, chundra doesn't need his effect to synchro since it's a tuner. With proper ruling tenpai would have won again

What I like about these is that they're more bodies to special gilgamesh without wasting your normal, so you're less likely to require your normal and gate search just to be able to summon gilgamesh. What I don't like about them is that they don't help you take out all of your bricks/oneofs like patents, rage, thomas, or cerberus, and instead demand even more space in your deck leaving you with even less space for non engine, without adding more power to the deck besides more bodies on the field. they don't offer protection, don't offer recursion, don't offer a tuner or d/d/d name, nor even a good level. They don't add too much yet demand your to play them because the deck NEEDS extenders desperately, however, the second issue the deck has, is how outdated the ed monsters are by today standards, and none of these offer something in that regard like protection or floating effects for them.

Not sure about the first one replacing Reis Map. Pitching a card from hand to special it is very costly and sometimes you simply won't have one you want to dump.

Try them in the armored xyz version (kali yuga turbo during opp turn). I tried it and I think its better than the pure variant since it has the same weaknesses but the end board is definetely stronger

I wish scale surveyor was tuner by default. Btw you can see traits of kepler and ghost in the card

I wish ragna was a soft opt so that you could scale use it bounce it back then scale it back then use it again

I am at 8.24 , kepler now becomes copernic line for scales you search scale instead of griffon link kepler and scale place griffon and thomas pend scale make it level 4 get griffon back to hand with thomas and voila

New support is nice. We can cut some of the bricks and it boost overall consistency. We just need a good syncro 10 and then D/D/D could be a cool rogue option

cant ryzeal just dump the aggregator with one of the other ryzeal boys to negate the flying c they give you unlocking them from not being able to xyz? i assume cannot xyz summon is an effect like promethean princess and can be negated with desirae

A nice primer for both decks! Some other things for Ryzeal, cause i see it almost every week: -Ryzeal also plays Mereologic Aggregator, one of the main deck monsters sends and XYZ monster from ED to grave to summon itself, and Deadnader attaches it from grave when it's XYZ summoned -Another tech is Traptrix Rafflesia, since she can send gravedigger's to insulate from nibiru on the player's turn or "Ryzeal Hole Thruster," which potentially lets the player setup a second deadnader during the opponent's turn if they get through your first one, or it's used to summon.... -Full Armor Utopic Ray Lancer, which shuts off all your opponent's attack position monster's effects permanently if they try to go to battle phase. It also helps clear up your board when you have an empty deadnader and are under the effects of Ryzeal Cross. -Some Ryzeal decks add in C102 as a Tachyon target. It's a rank 5 light, so they can search artifact lancea and turn off a Maliss player's entire turn depending on their opening hand -Duodrive detaches on resolution, like Gigantic Spright does, so if you hit it with imperm or Veiler, they will keep the materials, letting them search next turn if you can't remove it

this deck still puts up work even after almost a year after posting this profile. and now especially after thrust got a lets say reprint which doesnt cost you a kidney. its even not so "bad" if you get a ash or sth thrown to your face when you can use thrust to search a spell of your choice. would you change anything today? or still play it like this. maybe adding the thrust @PhantomsYGO

Vice typhon came up a lot in my last 2 tournaments. Cerberus here and there, its for the 1 card combo but it also came up to turn something like genghis to 4 so u can combo. I played 1 orthros, didn't miss the 2nd one but i can understand 2. I wouldn't play piri map. Also zeus came up a looot. So id replace dharc and accesscode with zeus and d'arc.

Great video on comboing into the Mulcharmies. I wish there was a better way to combo into Imperm/Veiler onto Gilgamesh than just Machinex pass though.
