Good positioning throughtout the video, man! Please make yourself a favor and practice those kickoffs, the pads, and the no flipping on defence. 😊 I'll just mention one specific mistake you made on defence so you can analyse it and start implementing it 4:56 you almost stopped it but you had the opportunity to cut some space going forward and then shadowing. So instead of turning right and stopping your momentum, just turn left a little bit and then shadow, you'll cut more angles. Though, the correct play goes way back before grabbing the big boost at 4:52, don't flip because you have a lot of time, and the ball after the hit is basically free. Every single player is on one side when the ball is going to the other side. Grab the pads and go for the ball , you may have been able to grab the other big boost (not sure though) on the opposite corner and get to the ball first by far. Instead you chose to rotate away from the ball as a first man (you became "first" man after your teammate hit the ball with flip)
