CIM, and CIM-lite, and the marine dude, and who ever comes closest after that, I think the last two would be Kiurchner and Siygess. More health, better weapons. As far as I recall, anyways. I always played as Clavius though, because I felt he had the coolest story - and name.

I remember this intro feeling so sad to me. How his shipmates got slaughtered, and he crawls into the Turrican suit to sort of become one with it, with his last word being "revenge". You just knew that he was now all alone and had nothing to live for except precisely revenge.

"quirky" I think not. This game is amazing. Still yet to be replicated in modern times. LA Noir is the closest thing I can compare it to, but even that game isn't near as dynamic as Murder.

what was awesome about this game and sadly no modern detective game has, was it's replayability, where a host of suspects could be the killer everythime you played, which also made each playthrough different and completely unpredictible, i miss some of the inovative ideas some of the old classics had.....thx 4 the memories .. had the c64 version which had a liitle more audio, and slightly more vibrant colours as i remember..
