Wonderful explanation! So the needle doesn’t go into the disc ? One practitioner told me it did. So I didn’t ask for dry needling from him. I’m waiting for an appointment that is tomorrow for someone who has needled me before. I’m guessing that the wrong person doing it could also cause damage. I could be seen sooner by a different practitioner. But I’m worried they may not do it right. Thank you 😊

So bad, has ruined my skin! Didn’t help with pain at all, in fact made the pain worse! Who in their right mind treats pain or inflammation with a synthetic stress hormone? Only Big Pharma! It’s all about money and nothing to do with health!

If I have a bulging disc, do I have to stop going to the gym to heal? Or could I go to the gym and still heal even me lifting weights?

Should inflamation after an injury be stopped at all?

Thanks man. I really tried to stave it off but the pain from herniated disc just won’t heal. Had to have surgery 37 months in from first herniation of this disc years ago. I will only get one then have no choice but to heal or suffer. You can’t get surgery in Canada post COVID. We’ve been totally failed by the beaurocrats that’s could just pay for a surgery by running on down the USA. Or have an in with someone here in Canada. Just look how the word COVID is the only medical term in the entire vocabulary that automatically goes to capitals. Tell me why is that, hhhmmm. I guess it’s the only thing that matters or what people stood to gain from it.

So this can help with mcas or histamine intolerance?

What is dry needling?

I just started acupuncture for idiopathic progressive neuropathy I'm not diabetic, have no pain. After two sessions it seems worse. Should I continue with treatment

when i had s5/l5 radiculopathy, i had this sharp pain and i just surrendered to it and laid down and passed out. it's now gone... obviously i had to stop what caused it... ( running/jumping jax on concrete floor ); did the same for gout... let the inflammation eat the toxins

Hello doc i am 32 yrs old and suffering from Plantar Fasciitis in both feet and my Doc gave me shot of cortisone in both ankle,,it worked only for 4 months now tha pain has came back even more worse,,should i get another shot or there is any another alternative,,kindly suggest

I’m a truck driver and I was in an accident back and July hurting my neck and back was sent back to work in august after telling the doctor I wasn’t ready 4 days later aggravated my back even more than before on a lift gate that didn’t have any springs couldn’t walk too long couldn’t run around and play with my Son Been out of work since then finally got my injections in my back 2 days ago and man all I can say is I have my life back it’s like over night my depression has went away instantly and I can move 1000 times better

All these alternative Neuropathy treatments are so expensive 😪. I’m miserable and desperate though. I have neuropathy all over my entire body from a severe spinal cord injury. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. It’s truly awful.

Hello Doc, have you ever had patients with Ehlers Danlos syndrome? My question is, is PRP or prolotherapy safe for patients with mast cell issues? MCAS to be exact. In case someone has a bad mast cell reaction, can antihistamines be taken or do they counteract PRP/prolo? Thank you.
